Deivis Archbold Photography ("Deivis Archbold Photography," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit deivisarchbold.com and its related pages, book or pay through our online forms, call or text our studio, or otherwise do business with us.

Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, and any details you share when you fill out a form, book a session, sign an agreement or model release, call or text us, or email us.
- Payment information. When you pay a retainer, invoice, or order online, your card details are entered on and processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.
- Agreement records. When you accept our terms online (for example, our Retainer & Cancellation Policy), we keep a record of the terms version you agreed to, the date and time, and the IP address used, so we can confirm what was agreed.
- Phone and text communications. We keep records of calls and text messages with our studio, including calls handled by our automated phone booking assistant. See "Phone calls and our automated booking assistant" below.
- Website and advertising data. Like most websites, ours collects technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site through cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics, Google advertising tools, and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel. This helps us understand site traffic, measure our ads, and show relevant ads to people who visited our site. See "Cookies, analytics, and advertising" below.

How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments, and to provide our photography services and products.
- To process payments, retainers, refunds, and orders.
- To respond to your questions and provide customer service.
- To send you updates and offers, if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
- To keep records of agreements and protect our legal rights.
- To improve our website and advertising, including through Google and Meta advertising tools.

Phone calls and our automated booking assistant
When you call our studio, your call may be answered by an automated (AI) phone booking assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. We do this to book and manage your session, to check and improve the quality of our service, and to keep a record of what was booked.
- Who processes them: recordings and transcripts may be processed and stored by the service providers we use for our phone system, voice AI assistant, and client-management (CRM) platform, only to provide those services to us.
- Who can access them: Deivis Archbold and studio staff who need them to handle your booking, plus those service providers as described above. We do not sell call recordings or transcripts.
- How long we keep them: as long as needed for those purposes, and longer only if required for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.
- Your choices: if you prefer not to be recorded, you can email us instead. To ask for a copy of, or deletion of, a recording or transcript of your call, email help@deivisarchbold.com.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use cookies and similar tools from Google (including Google Analytics and Google advertising) and Meta (the Meta pixel for Facebook and Instagram ads). These tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, and actions you take on our site. Google and Meta may use this information to measure our ads and to show you our ads on their platforms and elsewhere online. You may see our ads after visiting deivisarchbold.com.

How to opt out:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads: adjust your ad preferences at https://accountscenter.facebook.com/ad_preferences (sign-in required).
- Google ads: manage personalized ads at https://myadcenter.google.com/
- Google Analytics: install the opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- Browser controls: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of our site work.

Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send appointment confirmations, reminders, booking and payment links, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as our booking and client-management (CRM) platform, payment processor (Stripe), phone and voice AI providers, email and text messaging providers, and photo delivery and print labs, and only as needed to provide those services.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients, or others.

Photos and testimonials
We may display reviews or testimonials you send us. Use of your session images for marketing is governed by the model release you sign, if any. To have a testimonial or review removed from our website, contact us using the information below.

Your choices
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Texts: reply STOP.
- Cookies and ads: block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and use the Meta, Google, and Google Analytics opt-out links in "Cookies, analytics, and advertising" above.
- Call recordings: email help@deivisarchbold.com to request access to or deletion of a recording or transcript.
- Access or corrections: contact us to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.

Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Online payments are encrypted and handled by our payment processor. Only staff who need your information to serve you have access to it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children online. Information about minors photographed at our studio is provided by and managed with their parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
